Shipping:

We ship worldwide! Please note that some items may not be eligible for international shipping.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
Orders with express shipping will be prioritized and shipped within 1 business day.
Please note: Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, as USPS is closed on weekends.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate your package, please reach out to your local postal service to file a claim.

Returns & Cancellations:
Products purchased while we are NOT live will be shipped sealed. All sales are final.
Cancellations are subject to a 6% restocking fee.

All items are 100% authentic, brand new, factory-sealed, and untampered with.
If you are concerned about possible cosmetic imperfections (like minor dents, scratches, or blemishes), please consider this before purchasing, as returns will not be accepted for these reasons.
Video evidence of the unboxing process is required for any issues.
